• To provide accurate and up-to-date information.

5. Payments and Refunds

• All fees are transparently disclosed before engagement.
• Payment is to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or other currencies as made available through supported international payment gateways.
• Currency exchange rates and any foreign transaction fees are determined by your card issuer or payment provider and are not controlled by m/s RAFT Advisory.
• Refunds are processed only for cancellations **before** a consultation or service is delivered. No refunds post-delivery.

AI tools do not receive your personal or financial information in identifiable form. Data is anonymised before it is processed.

AI does not make financial decisions or generate investment advice. Every AI-assisted output is reviewed by a qualified human advisor before use.

11. Grievance Redressal
